影片梗概｜Synopsis

董曾在内蒙古草原长大，性格自由而倔强；家庭南迁后，他却始终无法在快速现代化的城市社会找到位置。接近三十岁时，他面对抑郁、药物依赖、家庭冲突和不稳定关系。老朋友拿着摄影机陪伴他一年，记录他如何追问自己变成了谁，又该怎样继续生活。

Dong grew up on the plains of Inner Mongolia with a fierce sense of independence, but after his family migrated south he struggled to find a place in rapidly modernizing urban society. Near age thirty, he battles depression, substance abuse, family conflict and unstable relationships. Over a year, an old friend with a camera stays close as Dong tries to understand who he has become and how to continue living.
