爷爷去世后，章梦奇再次回到她称作“47公里”的村庄，并开始寻找各种关于死亡的故事：历史中的非正常死亡、现实中的离奇死亡，以及由仇恨引发的死亡。借由这些记忆，她追问爷爷离世后村庄对自己意味着什么，也追问一个被众多死亡包围的地方如何理解生命终结。
After her grandfather’s death, Zhang Mengqi returns to the village she calls ’47 KM’ and begins searching for stories of death. She listens to accounts of unnatural deaths in history, bizarre deaths in the present and deaths rooted in hatred, using these memories to ask what her grandfather’s absence means and how a village marked by so many deaths understands mortality.
