影片重建2014年第十一届北京独立影像展筹备以及被强制叫停的全过程。作品汇集观众、工作人员、导演、记者和路人拍摄的手机与摄影机素材，记录断水断电、资料被查扣、警方介入和组织者被带走等事件，把一场未能发生的影展变成一份关于文化压制的集体记录。
The documentary reconstructs the preparation and forced shutdown of the 11th Beijing Independent Film Festival in 2014. Using footage shot by audience members, festival workers, filmmakers, journalists and bystanders, it records the cutting of utilities, seizure of archives, police intervention and detention of organizers, turning a cancelled event into a collective record of cultural suppression.
