在云南北部一个偏远山村，纳西族农民阿仆大与年迈多病的父亲共同生活。他每天帮助父亲穿衣、点烟、起床，同时照料果树、挑水。影片以平静的观察节奏，把父子之间安静重复的照护日常转化为关于衰老、生死与亲情的沉思。

In a remote mountain village in northern Yunnan, Naxi farmer Apuda lives with and cares for his elderly, infirm father. Between helping him dress, smoke and rise from bed, Apuda tends fruit trees and draws water. With a calm observational rhythm, the film turns this quiet father-son routine into a meditation on care, ageing, life and death.
