十四个月里，一个外来务工家庭的十三顿饭被用固定长镜头记录下来。狭小住处成为工作、金钱、教育、婚姻与代际矛盾慢慢展开的舞台。谈话和日常细节一点点累积，构成对当代中国社会经济生活的耐心观察。

Over fourteen months, thirteen meals shared by a migrant-worker family are filmed in long, static takes. The family’s cramped living space becomes a stage on which work, money, schooling, marriage and generational tensions quietly unfold. Small changes in conversation and routine accumulate into a patient portrait of socioeconomic life in contemporary China.
