By day Fan Qihui is a talkative tailor and fashion designer; by night he becomes Madame Bilan de Linphel, an extravagant nightclub singer in a gown, wig and high heels. Through performance, conversation and memories of love, sex and family, the documentary constructs an intimate portrait of a gay man moving between flamboyant stage identity and vulnerable everyday life.
