这是一部与于坚长期关注的滇越铁路有关的诗性纪录作品。滇越铁路于1910年前后贯通云南，于坚年轻时曾乘坐这条米轨铁路旅行。影片把列车与沿线景观不仅视作交通设施，也作为进入殖民历史、地方记忆以及旅行想象的一条路径。
A poetic documentary connected to Yu Jian’s long fascination with the Yunnan–Vietnam Railway, the narrow-gauge line opened through Yunnan in 1910. Drawing on the filmmaker-poet’s memory of travelling the railway as a young man, the work treats the train and its landscape not simply as transport infrastructure but as a route through colonial history, local memory and the imaginative experience of travel.
