导演起初希望借由女儿与母亲和解。这部长片穿越 1920 至 2020 年代，透过母亲、导演自己与女儿的生命、欲望与意志，呈现她们如何经历政治与社会革命。每一位女性都试图打破规则、争取属于自己的生活，也把最温柔的爱与无意的创伤传递给下一代。

In what began as an attempt at reconciling with her mother through her daughter, HE Xiaopei’s first feature length film takes us from the 1920s to the 2020s through the lives, desires, and willpower of her mother, herself, and her daughter as they experience political and social revolution. Breaking all the rules and desperate for a life to call one’s own, each woman passes to the next the most tender love and unintentional trauma.

导演没有与母亲一起长大，彼此关系疏离。母亲不喜欢与她交谈，于是她请女儿采访外婆。摄影机成为三人之间的媒介。新冠期间，导演滞留海外，母亲在北京去世，留下深深遗憾。回到中国后，她重新审视素材，看见三代女性在一个世纪的中国巨变中，如何共同经历政治与社会革命，并互相给予创伤与爱。

I didn’t grow up with my mum and we were estranged. I asked my daughter to interview her; the video camera became the medium that connected us. During COVID, I was stranded abroad and my mum passed away in Beijing. Returning to China, I saw the three generations of us experience political and social revolutions, giving each other both trauma and love.

何小培博士为独立电影导演、非政府组织 Pink Space 执行主任。她曾是牧羊人、登山运动员与国务院经济学者，参与经济改革研究十四年。自 1990 年代起投入中国女性主义与女同性恋运动，并参与 1995 年联合国第四次世界妇女大会。后赴英国学习性别与文化研究，获博士学位后回到中国创办 Pink Space，以电影呈现被隐形的欲望与生命。

梗概 / Synopsis

片中主角永鸿，是高雄拍片支援中心的短期约聘人员，平常协助剧组勘景，偶尔也客串角色。纪录进行的同时，他正在一处刚开放的军事遗址——地洞，为某剧组担任临时演员。

他曾写过一个关于自己的剧本：一家三口、过劳早逝的母亲，以及长期家暴母亲的父亲。这部影片，便从这个剧本开始。

一位诗人曾写：家庭是“第一片屋檐、第一座刑台、最早的蜜、最不可消化的刺”。这部短片试图描述的，正是这样一个复杂的综合体——关于家，关于人。

许慧如有时是影像工作者，更多时候是两个孩子的母亲。作品关注生与死，透过家庭或特定场域重新理解生命经历苦痛的意义，以安静的凝视洞悉人存在于世的荒谬。作品曾入围金马奖、日本山形纪录片影展等国内外重要影展。

在台湾都市边陲的乐生疗养院山坡上，一群汉生病院民在近一世纪的隔离中生活。2005 年，捷运机厂开发引发迫迁争议，院民组织自救会，要求作为“完整的人”被对待。多年后，重建工程持续侵蚀家园，山坡只剩一座通往无处的断头桥。院民以残弱的身躯与坚定意志守住生活与尊严。

On the outskirts of Taipei, a community of leprosy patients has endured life-long quarantine since 1930. Over the last twenty years, they awakened to fight for their land—the final sanctuary of their dignity. Filmed over two decades, this documentary witnesses what remains of their struggle: love, defiance, mutual support, and ultimately, death.

二十年前，导演踏上乐生疗养院的山坡。多年后，迫迁仍在继续，院民一一凋零，工程的巨响取代蝉声。她重新拿起摄影机，见证这些人如何在疾病、衰老与制度压力中，继续捍卫作为人的尊严。影片不只是政治运动或疾病悲剧，更是关于羁绊、生命与记忆的故事。

Twenty years ago, I first stepped onto the isolated hillside of the Losheng Sanatorium. Where official narratives flatten history, documentary cinema reconstructs the profound weight their lives carry. Those in power may write official history, but they remain powerless against the raw warmth of vivid memory.

许雅婷 1983 年生于台北，2009 年获芝加哥艺术学院电影、录像与新媒体研究所硕士。她横跨剧情、纪录与实验电影，以影像描绘当代重要议题。《大风之岛》是其首部纪录长片，并获 Cannes Docs 2023 Doc-in-Progress 奖项。

哥哥在 2013 年过世。同一年年底，母亲听信一位自称能与哥哥联络的人所说的话，想把哥哥的骨灰迁往元亨寺；父亲无法接受，家人关系也因此陷入僵局。十多年后，导演才得知这场“骨灰搬家事件”，决定拜访修习能量风水者、提供与往生者沟通服务的人，以及乩身等专业人士，试图为“哥哥死后去了哪里”寻找线索。

My brother passed away in 2013. Since then, my parents have held very different ideas about where he went after death—and that divide has quietly frozen our family dynamics. I visited spiritual professionals and others with unconventional insights, trying to piece together possible answers to one question: Where’d my brother go?

讨论生死原本是一件有趣的事；哥哥过世后，话题突然变得具体，讨论的空间也消失了。多年来，母亲拥抱“孩子还有事情需要父母帮忙”的说法，父亲则完全拒绝，而导演像是把手插在口袋里，假装这与自己无关。

Talking about life and death used to be fun—until my brother passed away, and the topic suddenly got real. For years, Mom embraced the idea that “our son still needs help,” Dad rejected it, and I kept my hands in my pockets, pretending it wasn’t my business.

陈俊维，台湾高雄人。曾任纪录片副导演、摄影、剪辑，参与作品有《同学们》《我的儿子是死刑犯》《教练》《奥运传奇：杨传广与强森》《我的爸爸是死刑犯》等；2022–23 球季担任新北国王篮球队随队拍摄人员。

CHEN Jun-Wei, from Kaohsiung, Taiwan, has worked on documentaries including Me and My Condemned Son, At Your Service, Decathlon: The Story of CK Yang & Rafer Johnson, and Me and My Condemned Father. In 2022–23, he filmed and edited All Access content for the New Taipei Kings.

作为一个用影像参与社会的人，导演一直讲述边缘、没有机会发声和不被看见的人们的故事；她理解他们的伤痛、无力与愤怒，因为自己也经历过。但自我揭露、对爱提出质疑、面对真相都很困难。成为母亲后，她决定逼迫自己重新靠近、理解自己的母亲，并试着让彼此找到说出真相、超度伤痛的勇气。

As a filmmaker, I’ve always told the stories of the marginalized and underrepresented. But exposing myself, asking if I’m loved, and facing the truth are hard. Now that I’m a mother myself, I see my mom differently. I hope this process can help both of us walk out of the shadows and away from the pain that has plagued us for so long.

黄惠侦曾任国家电影及视听文化中心董事、台北市纪录片工会秘书长，现为独立电影工作者。首部纪录长片《日常对话》获得 2017 年柏林影展泰迪熊奖及多个国际影展奖项，也是第一部代表台湾角逐奥斯卡最佳外语片的纪录片。2025 年创立你姐映像有限公司，正制作第二部纪录长片《LOMÀ》，并担任多部纪录片与剧情短片的制片或监制。

外祖母 Guián 离世后，妮可决定第一次前往中国，寻找 Guián 移民哥斯达黎加前留下的房子。这是一次试图回答她从未能够问出口的问题的旅程：妮可从未学过中文，而祖母也从未学过西班牙语。

After grandma Guián passes away, Nicole decides to go to China for the first time to look for the house Guián left when she emigrated to Costa Rica. This is a journey to answer the questions she was never able to ask Guián because she never learned Chinese, and her grandma never learned Spanish.

导演选择描绘自己的家庭，希望呈现哥斯达黎加华人社群不止于刻板印象的面貌。她想为这个在拉丁美洲常被忽视的移民社群打开一扇窗口，也借由其特殊性触及与未知过去连接、寻找塑造身份之根源的普遍故事。这是一部关于不忘记、也不允许被遗忘的电影。

In Guián, I decided to portray my own family to present more dimensions than the stereotypes my community is known for in Costa Rica. My goal was to create a window to see what immigration looks like for a community widely invisible in Latin America. This is a film about not forgetting, or not allowing to forget.

2016 年，阿嫲离世；2019 年，《团团圆》完成。导演回望加州老房子走廊中的一个午后：家人扫地、收拾衣柜、厨房里商量晚饭，屋外的亲人独自抽烟。面对至亲离世时内心的惊涛骇浪，这些极其日常的画面带来一种安静而细微的平静。

导演希望把这份平静传给观众：当人第一次如此接近死亡、接近亲人的死亡，语言难以承载内心的翻涌时，日常本身或许能让人暂时安定下来。

李伟盛为独立电影人，专注纪录片和实验电影创作。2011 至 2024 年间，创作《大大公司》《通州街310号》《房间525》等短片，多次入围 ifva（公开组）及台湾南方影展。2019 年凭《团团圆》获得第24届 ifva（公开组）金奖。他与叶奕密联合执导、受大馆委约的《漫漫》，曾入围 2022 年日本 Image Forum 等国际电影节。2023 年完成 M+ 流动影像委约项目“诗成电影”短片之一《接近》。

LEE Wai Shing is an independent filmmaker focusing on documentary and experimental films. Between 2011 and 2024, he created Big Big Company, 310 Tung Chau Street, and Room 525. His documentary Family Family Day won the Gold Award (Open Category) at the 24th ifva Awards in 2019. His recent work A Long Walk, commissioned by Tai Kwun, was screened at Image Forum, Japan (2022); Le FIFA International Festival of Films on Art, Canada (2022); and Cinedans at the Eye Museum, The Netherlands (2022). In 2023, he completed Afar, commissioned by the M+ short-film commission.

失散的一家三代，约好在第三地台湾相见。无奈母亲无法脱团“自由行”，一家人只得随观光团颠簸，享受难得的天伦之乐。

A family of three generations, separated for a long time, agreed to meet in Taiwan as neutral ground. Unfortunately, the mother couldn’t break free from the tour group, so the family could only join the tour group, experiencing the rare joy of reunion amidst the bumps along the way.

这部电影于 2019 年在香港上映；七年后回望，导演感叹自己有幸与来自中国大陆、香港和台湾的电影人，共同完成这部极为个人的作品。世事沧桑，电影万岁。

This film was released in Hong Kong in 2019. Looking back seven years later, I am fortunate to have collaborated with filmmakers from mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan to complete this very personal work. The world changes dramatically, but long live cinema!

YING Liang is an independent film director, film teacher, and curator. His feature debut Taking Father Home won the Jury Prize at Tokyo FILMeX; When Night Falls won Best Director at Locarno; Condolences won the Best Short Tiger Award at Rotterdam; and A Sunny Day won Best Live Action Short Film at the Golden Horse Awards.
