雷磊通过家庭照片、档案材料、动画和摆拍场景，重建父亲家族在江西宁都的历史。关于童年、迁徙和政治运动的私人记忆与20世纪中国历史层层叠加，使家庭相册变成对影像如何保存、遗漏甚至重新创造记忆的思考。
Lei Lei reconstructs the history of his father’s family in Ningdu, Jiangxi, using family photographs, archival material, animation and staged tableaux. Personal memories of childhood, migration and political campaigns are layered with China’s twentieth-century history, turning a family album into a meditation on what images preserve, omit and invent.
