Six Chinese fathers speak about having lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender children. Having moved from confusion and concern about family reputation toward acceptance, they participate in workshops and public advocacy, challenging conventional ideas of paternal authority and masculinity while redefining protection as standing beside their children.
