影片与一名HIV感染女性张曦合作完成，并把摄影机交给她自己记录生活。作品不把她只当成病人或受害者，而是关注日常关系、欲望、工作、治疗以及她如何呈现自己，从而质疑传统公共卫生叙事，以及“谁有权讲述感染者故事”背后的权力关系。
Made collaboratively with Zhang Xi, a woman living with HIV/AIDS, the documentary gives Zhang the camera to record her own life. Rather than presenting her only as a patient or victim, the film follows everyday relationships, desire, work, treatment and self-representation, questioning conventional public-health narratives and the power imbalance embedded in who gets to tell the stories of people living with HIV.
