阿毅和阿彬在北京一栋豪华商住楼的物业公司工作，却住在大楼地下四层的宿舍。影片从国庆拍到春节，跟随他们维修高档住宅和办公楼，也记录婚姻、返乡和家庭生活，呈现这些外来务工者“住在高楼下面”的现实处境。
Ayi and Abin are migrant maintenance workers employed by a property company in a luxury Beijing residential-and-office tower, yet they live several floors underground in the building’s basement. Filmed from National Day through Spring Festival, the documentary follows their work, marriages, visits home and reflections on being migrant workers living literally beneath the high-rise they serve.
