小博生活在一个性别边界不断变化的世界里。跨性别的父／母去世后，他再次见到已经完成性别转换的娜娜，却发现两人的关系已经彻底改变。围绕他们，一群北京的同性恋者与跨性别者不断建立又破裂关系，影片有意打乱男性与女性、父母与子女、欲望与身份之间的传统界线。
Xiao Bo lives in a world where gender boundaries continually shift. After the death of his transgender parent, he reunites with Nana, who has transitioned, but finds their relationship transformed. Around them, a group of queer and transgender Beijingers form and break relationships as the film deliberately destabilizes conventional distinctions between male and female, parent and child, desire and identity.
